Chicago is host to a plethora of DELICIOUS restaurants. Not only is the food tantalizing, but the ambience is stunning and pure perfection.
This Chicago restaurant highlight is focusing on the newly opened Nisos Prime by the Parker Hospitality Group. My dinner experience was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend starting with the Sea Bass Crudo and for the meat lovers the giant Wagyu meatball. The Calabrian king crab merus is also delicious. For my entree I throughly enjoyed the 6 Oz filet center cut which I accompanied with the lobster Mac & Cheese and the broccolini. If you want to go the pasta route get the mouth watering truffle risotto. We ended our meal with the decadent lemon tart and then headed to The Lounge for a nightcap.

Press Release
Nisos Prime (802 West Randolph Street), the flagship of three distinctive and exciting dining and lounge experiences all under one roof opened in November. Bar and eatery Prime Bar and nightlife experience The Lounge opened in August 2023, and each of the three spaces includes an elevated food and beverage program overseen by award-winning Chef Rick Tramonto, Parker Hospitality’s Food & Beverage Director.
Nisos Prime shares Parker Hospitality’s distinctive warm and welcoming hospitality, set against a stunningly designed backdrop, meant to inspire guests to enjoy a meal while in a setting reminiscent of a Mediterranean oasis — then to let their hair down and enjoy a night on the town.
The trifecta’s flagship culinary experience is Nisos Prime, where succulent steaks, craft cocktails, an extensive wine list, and the enchanting allure of the Mediterranean effortlessly intertwine. The menu — curated by Tramonto along with the culinary team at Nisos Prime — celebrates the intersection of land and sea and Mediterranean culinary heritage.
Start your evening with a speciality cocktail like the Mary & Monty Rose (Montelobos mezcal, Campari-infused rosemary, Antica vermouth) or the It’s Dangerous (Figenza vodka, elderflower, pomegranate, lemon) — or order caviar service and bubbly to begin. Nisos Prime’s Tableside Prosciutto Cart is also a must-try experience.
Starters range from raw oysters served with pomegranate mignonette to Calabrian-butter poached King crab to Giant Wagyu Meatballs (veal, dry aged wagyu beef, pork, tomato, truffle ricotta). Housemade Pastas & Risottos, including Lobster Spaghetti (chili cream, corn, mushroom), and Entrees like Spice Crusted Ora King Salmon (ajvar, tzatziki, asparagus, chickpea) and Braised Lamb Shank (couscous, leek, avgolemono, pesto) celebrate Mediterranean flavors. The star of the menu, however, is the Prime Steak menu, which includes a Butcher’s Reserve section featuring five extraordinary options, including a 50-day aged 32-oz. Porterhouse, a 45-day aged 40-oz. Tomahawk, a 4-oz. Japanese A5 Wagyu, a 10-ounce Campo Grande Iberico Skirt Steak, and an 8-oz. Campo Grande Iberico Tenderloin. Add toppers like sauteed foie gras or lobster tail, along with traditional sauces. Whole Grilled Branzino and Whole Salt-Crusted Sea Bass for the table are also featured.
The Steakhouse rounds out the Nisos experience. More information about each of Nisos’s culinary and lounge elements include:
