With 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 right around the corner, The @ChicagoFashionCoalition partnered with @thealineagroup Aviary for an invite-only, one-night creative activation for the launch of award-winning restaurant, @Nextchicago, new menu at the @Aviarycocktails.

@Nextchicago new menu is 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 | 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧. The menu is inspired by the craft, history, and imagination of Couture. Each dish on the menu is crafted as a designer would a garment. Each course will make a statement. 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆.

Last night was an exclusive VIP preview of Next Chicago newest chapter. Five top local designers showcased their design process at live fashion stations and presented modeled looks as living installations. What a unique experience! 💃🏽 Reservations for NEXT new menu are on Tock NOW!

I’m back from 🇨🇼AND with tips. I got so many DMs that you guys are either going to Curacao or interested in visiting. One of my tools when planning trips is watching YouTube videos of the destination and then after I go I pay it forward and add tips of my own.

For example…I love a local experience. I’m always going to hit up the markets or find the authentic cuisine restaurants.

Did you know Queen Emma bridge is closed until the end of September? No worries! There’s a FREE ferry that takes you across and runs about every 10 minutes. Go get your souvenirs and a good meal.

Why did I choose Lemon Beach club? It’s adults only and I wanted to relax on my cabana from 10am - 6pm with no kids around. 😅

Why did I choose to rent a car? 🚘 It was very reasonable and well worth it. $322 for 5 days from thrifty car rental at the airport. One shuttle ride from the airport to my hotel would have been $40. No Ubers in Curacao.

Event Alert!🚨 The 2026 Chicago Air and Water show is August 15th and 16th from 10:30am till 3pm. The show is FREE to attend and is located along the lakefront from Fullerton to Oak Street, with 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 being the focal point.

Fun fact! Did you know the first show was held in 1959? WOW! The headliner this year is the @Usairforce @AFThunderbirds.
