Last night I had a trillion course dinner at Saba Italian Bar + Kitchen. It really wasn’t a trillion courses, but it sure felt like it. I was stuffed, but I couldn’t help myself. Each dish managed to maintain consistent deliciousness. Saba Italian Bar + Kitchen is the most recent establishment opened by One of a Kind Hospitality. The Italian restaurant and bar has innovative and approachable cuisine and beverages.
Saba Italian Bar + Kitchen, located at 2715 North Milwaukee Avenue, has launched new lunch, dinner, and brunch menus under the direction of new Executive Chef Jesus Castillo and Chef de Cuisine Juan Ramirez. Both chefs are highly seasoned with over 20 years and 13 years’ experience respectively at some of Chicago hottest restaurants including Spiaggia, Mia Francesca’s, and RPM Italian.
Saba’s new Lunch https://www.sabaitalian.com/lunch and Dinner https://www.sabaitalian.com/dinner menus reflect a delicious array of hot and cold appetizers, sandwiches, main dishes, pasta, pizza, salads, and side dishes, featuring a tempting Burrata Insalata and a Portobello Panini at lunch and Capesante e Pastinaca (scallops and parsnips) and Gnocchi al Pesto during dinner. The new Brunch menu https://www.sabaitalian.com/brunch-logan-square includes both sweet and savory breakfast items such as Banana Waffles topped with cookie butter and Nutella and Eggs Benedict on prosciutto plus authentic Italian plates.
Check out the courses I tried for dinner! I would have to say my favorites would definitely be the Polpo, Ceasar Salad, Gnocchi Al Pesto, Mushroom Pizza, Cosolette Al Brasate, and please don’t make me choose for dessert! Both the Tiramisu and Cannoli were so good!!!
