The National Restaurant Association Show (NRA) is back May 18th – 21st 2024 at McCormick Place. The show is the largest gathering of food service professionals in the Western hemisphere. Attendees will join their peers from across the food service industry to discover new and exciting products, meet quality suppliers, learn from experts, and make invaluable networking connections.
Over 1,000 exhibiting companies will cover a full range of products across 900+ categories. Attendees can check out trending flavors and products in specialty show pavilions – including the Global Food Expo, Organic & Natural Pavilion and Startup Alley. There’s also a showing of the latest culinary creations and equipment by Food and Beverage and Kitchen innovation award winners.
NEW this year is the Expo + Education badge. With this option you’ll get exclusive access to more than 40 operator-led sessions, expert-led roundtable discussions, networking opportunities and more.
My favorite part of the show every year is the culinary demos, discovering new foods while walking the exhibit floor, and the Keynote. The Keynote speaker this year is José Andrés. Andrés is a Chef, restauranteur, and a humanitarian. His keynote will delve into his transformative experiences in the industry, highlighting the importance of vision, culinary innovation, and giving back to communities. The insights he reveals will challenge attendees to think beyond daily operations and consider how food can be a catalyst for positive change.
