City of Chicago announce FULL food and music lineup for 2024 Taste of Chicago, Taking place September 6th – 8th in

The Chicago tradition will once again showcase the city’s world-class culinary offerings, with music performance highlights including, CeeLo Green, Yahritza y Su Esencia, Atlas Genius, and more – FREE Admission
Taste of Chicago Marquette Park (July 27th) and Pullman Park (August 17) to round out Summer neighborhood activation leading to Grant Park
Mayor Brandon Johnson and the City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) today announced the full food vendor and music lineup for this year’s downtown edition of Taste of Chicago, September 6 – 8. Taking place in its iconic Grant Park home, the beloved Chicago tradition will once again spotlight the impressive variety and talent of the city’s culinary scene, set against the backdrop of Buckingham Fountain. Alongside 40 food vendors and more than a dozen food truck offerings, guests can enjoy free performances by some of music’s most well-known names, with headliners including GRAMMY®-winning singer, songwriter and rapper CeeLo Green, celebrated regional Mexican music trio Yahritza y Su Esencia and Australian alternative rock group Atlas Genius on the Taste Main Stage. Alongside the Main Stage headliners, the Goose Island Stageshowcases an exciting roster of local and emerging artists, includingGabacho, Asha Imuno and MJ Nebreda, along with DJ sets by Toyacoyah, DJ Hotrod and DJ Iggy to close out each night, respectively. Throughout the weekend, guests will also enjoy family activities, special programming, free dance lessons and much more.
Following a successful Taste of Chicago event in Rogers Park this June, DCASE also presents Taste of Chicago neighborhood events in Marquette Park (6743 S. Kedzie Ave) on Saturday, July 27 from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Pullman Park (11101 S. Cottage Grove Ave) on Saturday, August 17 from 12 – 8 p.m. leading up to Taste of Chicago in Grant Park. Both Taste of Chicago Marquette Park and Pullman Park events will have food vendors and food trucks, a full day of music, Chicago SummerDance lessons and a kids’ area with inflatables.
