🎄 Sweeping views of Lake Michigan and Downtown Chicago

🎄In-Suite activities, including face-painting, arts and crafts, cookie decorating, and writing station to send a letter to Santa

I must be on the nice 😇 list this year… Santa invited me on a staycation @Swissotelchi this past weekend. I stayed in the Elf Suite and was blown away by the spaciousness and decor. It definitely put me in the holiday spirit! The Christmas decorations were so elegant and OMG do you see these views! 👀 There’s even an incredible view in the bathroom. 😝 The king size bed was so comfy… I slept like a baby.

𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒆𝒅… there’s other decorated suites to choose from. If you liked this suite you’ll definitely love the 2000 Square Foot Santa Suite. 𝑭𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒐𝒐𝒏… 🌲🎅🏽 (Did I mention the Santa Suite has 17 full size Christmas trees 😍) Can’t wait to show it to you. Sneak peak in my stories.

The @Swissotelchi hotel bar “Amuse” is now “

The @Swissotelchi hotel bar “Amuse” is now “Après-Ski at Amuse: a snowy Veuve Clicquot Experience.” The space is transform into a chic après-aki experience reminiscent of a Swiss mountain escape.

Enjoy @veuveclicquot by the glass or bottle, along with a playful Clicquot x Smashburger pairing. There’s also a winter themed menu, including craft cocktails.

Amuse is a coffee bar/breakfast stop from 6:30am-11:30am and cocktail bar/dining destination from 11:30am-10pm. The lunch/dinnertime menu features a variety of beers and wines, as well as craft cocktails, such as Aperol Spritz, Manhattans, the El Panal (made with in-house honey from the hotel’s personal beehives) and more. The food menu has a variety of options from heavier dishes such as the iconic Smash Burger, to light choices like a Caesar Salad or Cheese Plate. The perfect way to begin and end the day. 🥰

NEW 🌮 Pop-up Alert! 🚨 Last night I went to preview the world’s first Michelin starred taqueria el @Califadeleon at @Tacombi in Wicker Park. It opens to the public TODAY (November 13th - 28th).

Open since 1968 and located in Mexico City, the family-owned El Califa de León is the only Michelin-starred taqueria in the world, receiving one star when the guide announced its inaugural Mexico rankings, serving just 4 menu items.

We got to 👅 taste ALL 4 award-winning tacos AND tried their two famous salsas.
