Chicago has got to be the steak mecca! We got plenty of steak houses to choose from and each brings their own character and tantalizing menu selections. Well guess what….there’s a new steak house in town! After more than a decade, Gibson’s Restaurant Group has made their way to the Chicago riverfront with a new concept: Gibson’s Italia.
I had the pleasure of getting a sneak peak last week and one word to describe the new Italian Steak House is LAVISH. The views will absolutely blow you away! There’s three levels to get googly eyed over. The ground floor has a bar, the second floor is the main dining room, and the third floor has major views and a retractable roof. You can clearly see influences from Milan throughout the restaurant.
