Laissez les bons temps rouler! Transport yourself to the Crescent City for a festive evening filled with the sounds and flavors of New Orleans. Envision a stroll through the French Quarter as you stop at all of the best restaurants, sampling iconic Cajun and Creole specialties all while listening to a live jazz band. We’re transforming our kitchens into the best Mardi Gras party in the Midwest complete with Crescent City classics, cocktails and beads!
Each kitchen will be filled with our chefs demonstrating how to prepare the classic dishes of NOLA including
- The food menu includes Crab Cakes; Muffulettas; Oysters Rockefeller; Mock Turtle Soup; Spinach Salad with Pickled Red Onions and Creole Dressing; Fried Oyster Po Boys with Remoulade; Shrimp and Grits; Crawfish รtouffรฉe; Dirty Rice; Chicken and Andouille Gumbo; Jambalaya and an authentic Seafood Boil. Come prepared to get your hands dirty just like they do down South!
- For dessert you’ll enjoy Bananas Foster, Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce, Pralines and even the famous King Cake from our dessert table.
- The evening wouldn’t be complete without our house-made Sazerac, Hurricane and French 75; pre-purchase all three cocktails at a discount during registration!
