Last night (3/26/2025) was the season 3 kickoff of In Culinary Conversation. In Culinary, Inc. was born from a coalition of culinary veterans who knew that meaningful connections fuel success. Launched in 2023, they omitted the fluff and built a robust platform that amplifies iconic local talents through dynamic storytelling.
The featured Chef last night was Chef Dominique Leach – Owner of Lexington Betty Smokehouse. Chef Leach did a demo while she prepared one of her signature dishes using curated products, while sharing the inspiring story of her culinary journey with host Chef James Martin. We were treated to catfish, hush puppies, and a delicious slaw.

A portion of proceeds from the event went to Fight 2 Feed. The Nonprofit shares hot meals while reducing food waste through food rescue.
