Sommelier Regine T Rousseau of the strategic marketing company Shall We Wine gave guests insights into Delle Venezie as we sipped, mingled, and enjoyed a delightful evening on the gorgeous luxury resort terrace. A beautiful sunset highlighted the mountains and set the vibe for a wonderful evening. The vibe certainly matched the wine…unique and flavorful.
Event Guests
I’m NOT a wine connoisseur by any means, but as a wine consumer I would say Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC is refreshing and pairs well with most food options. I enjoyed my glass of Pinot with ceviche, savory flat breads, and an enticing array of meats and cheeses from the charcuterie board. I tasted notes of apple, lime, and a dynamic acidity with each sip.
The event was diverse in all aspects from the people, the food, and the divine wine. I loved hearing what the guests thought. One of the younger guests I spoke with had never tried Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC before and found it to be such an easy sipping wine. Another guest asked if it was in restaurants and where else the wine could be purchased. Attending events where I’m not only educated, but leave with a new found favorite is a win for me!
Palo Verde Spa and Apothecary
I not only enjoyed a glass or two (or maybe three) at the event, but I also sipped the Pinot while lounging, getting ready for a night out, and it definitely made my spa pedicure experience at Palo Verde Spa and Apothecary even more relaxing. Andโฆ.If you’re looking for a luxury resort offering several amenities check out andazscottsdale.com. The resort was awarded the readers choice award in 2021 by Condรฉ Nast readers. I was fascinated by the spacious bungalow, the vast desert landscape, and don’t get me started on the scrumptious cuisine at onsite restaurant Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen. Try one of the pastas and thank me later! We had dinner there multiple nights. Great live entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere.
