Shore Club Chicago
My summer highlights will ALWAYS involve multiple beach days. Chicago has some of the best beaches! I recently took off from work and hit up Shore Club Chicago located at North Avenue Beach (1603 N Jean Baptiste Pointe du Sable Lake Shore Drive., Chicago IL). Inspired by beautiful beaches around the world, Shore Club Chicago offers an elevated food menu, great service, and unobstructed views of Lake Michigan.
The venue features three distinct spaces:
- The open-air Restaurant showcases floor-to-ceiling windows, a full-service bar, and both lounge and table seating, all overlooking the lake.
- The Patio provides al fresco dining for lunch and dinner, offering guests a front-row seat to the shoreline.
- The Oasis delivers a more relaxed, resort-style experience with daybeds and cabanas, and on weekends, transforms into a high-energy daytime destination.
Shore Club Chicago officially opened for the season with a kickoff day party on May 16th. For 2026 they are debuting an entirely new food and beverage program designed to elevate the beachfront experience. The refreshed offerings spotlight coastal-inspired flavors, expanded brunch selections, and interactive cocktail moments, all set within a vibrant, lakefront atmosphere. From shareable seafood plates and bright, seasonal salads, to elevated brunch favorites and playful frozen cocktails, the new menu leans into both versatility and indulgence for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

With refreshed design elements and enhanced guest amenities, Shore Club Chicago pairs its unmatched lakefront location with a dynamic event calendar, including weekly Tequila Tuesdays and Wine Wednesdays, to deliver an immersive summer destination that defines the season in Chicago.
