All three culinary innovators will be formally inducted at an event open to the public on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at The Palmer House Hilton located at 17 East Monroe in Chicago from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The induction ceremony will precede the For the Love Of Chocolate http://ftloc.org Foundationโs thirteenth annual fundraiser, and tickets purchased for the Chefs Hall of Fame induction event will include attendance at Whimsy: A Dessert Dream Brought to Life http://ftloc.org/event/whimsy-dessert-dream-brought-life, until midnight.
