At Chi@Glance we’re always trying to find ways to make the Chicago winters more bearable. One obvious way is to escape to a warmer destination! Earlier this year I left the Polar Vortex and ventured to Miami for the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One. The festival is a national star-studded, five-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, and culinary personalities. There’s over 100 events, 450+ Talent, and 65K+ in attendance. 100% of proceeds benefits the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
My experience attending the festival earlier this year was INCREDIBLE!!! We enjoyed wine & spirits from Southern Glazer’s, partied at The Wharf with Culinary Explorer Adam Richman, and danced the night away at the Taste of Jamaica. How’s that for a winter escape! We plan on doing it all again at the 19th annual celebration in 2020. Check out ALL the details below and to relive my experience from earlier this year click HERE!
