During these looooong Chicago winter months I’m all about comfort food. I think back and laugh that I used to not be able to cook at all, but then a co-worker inspired me to get in the kitchen. I really wanted to impress the guy I was dating at the time and she gave me this super EASY recipe that taste gourmet. Now I make it all the time and everyone loves it! I hope you do too. 🙂 For those of you that need a meatless option, just don’t add the meat. It still tastes pretty good without it.
1 Box of Penne Pasta
2 Jars of Marinara Sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp crushed red pepper (Do 1 ½ if you like extra spicy)
8 ounce parmesan cheese
8 ounce Munster Cheese
